Grandson for Service Businesses
Run your service business. Get more work. Keep more of what you earn.
Stop stitching together a field-service app, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, lead marketplaces, group chats, and a dozen browser tabs. Grandson brings operations and work supply into one company workspace — then adds Joshua AI on top.
The Grandson difference
Operations OS
Requests, jobs, scheduling, team, routes, service areas, billing visibility, evidence, QA and operating controls.
Work Supply Network
Quote opportunities, confirmed-revenue jobs and configured monthly work commitments can flow into the same operating system.
Joshua AI
An operations-aware assistant designed to understand the work, the team, the territory and what needs attention next.
Built to make the company richer
Software should either save you money or help you make more of it. Grandson is designed to do both.
The point is not another dashboard. The point is fewer missed leads, faster scheduling, more usable capacity, cleaner operations, better follow-up and access to work you did not have before.
Get more work — not just more software
Grandson can route quote opportunities, confirmed-revenue jobs, and configured work-supply programs into the same workspace you already use to run the company.
Respond faster and close more
New requests, quotes, follow-up, scheduling, staff ownership, and next actions live together. Less time hunting through texts and tabs means less revenue dying in the follow-up gap.
Grow capacity without growing chaos
Add staff, contractors, service areas, verified capabilities, routes, roles, and operating rules without rebuilding your company every time you expand.
Capture money you are already leaving behind
Job closeout can surface additional work, future-work requests, incomplete scope, follow-up needs, and customer opportunities so the next sale does not disappear after the technician leaves.
Ditch the patchwork
You should not need ServiceM8 + QuickBooks + spreadsheets + marketplaces + group chats just to run one company.
Grandson is built to become the day-to-day operating system. If your accountant still wants QuickBooks for tax, bookkeeping or formal accounting, keep it in the background. Your operators should not have to live there to understand the business.
The goal
One place your owner, dispatcher, coordinator, contractor and staff can actually work from — with a shared version of what is happening.

Joshua AI
Ask what needs attention, understand current work and turn approved actions into audited operations.
Know what actually happened on the job
Verify the time. Verify the location. Verify the work. Capture the extra revenue.
Service owners should not have to guess whether a worker arrived, whether six billed hours were really six hours, whether the job was finished correctly, or whether the customer asked for additional work that never made it back to the office.
Time + location
A timesheet tied to the actual job
Grandson records canonical clock-in and clock-out events on the visit itself. Device location can be captured at arrival and departure, compared against the job location, and reviewed with the visit instead of relying on a handwritten timesheet or a text saying 'I'm here.'
- Server-stamped clock-in and clock-out
- Arrival and departure geolocation when available
- Worked duration derived from canonical timestamps
- Separate time-correction workflow instead of silently editing history
Proof of work
Turn check-ins into evidence
Arrival proof, before photos, progress photos, completion photos, signatures and worker attestations can live on the same timestamped visit record. Admin QA can see the evidence beside the job and flag missing or questionable proof.
- Arrival / property evidence
- Before, progress and after photos
- Client signature or worker attestation
- QA review and exception flags
Additional revenue
Do not let the upcharge die at the front door
The closeout flow asks what changed from the original scope and whether the customer requested anything else. Grandson can turn that into a separate Additional Work case for staff follow-up instead of burying it in a technician note.
- Scope mismatch or changed conditions
- Customer-requested additional work
- Future-work interest and follow-up
- Separate requested vs approved additional pay
AI in the workflow
Give AI the evidence, not just a question
Joshua can inspect attached photos and files inside Grandson and reason from the live operating context. Grandson also supports Telegram-connected operational agents, so AI workflows do not have to stay trapped in one browser tab.
- Photo and file inspection in Joshua
- Operational context from jobs, requests and work records
- Telegram-connected agent workflows
- Additional messaging channels can be enabled as integrations are connected
That means fewer payroll arguments, fewer client disputes and fewer missed add-on sales.
Your office gets an operating record it can review: who was there, when they checked in, what evidence came back, what the client confirmed and what needs to be sold or resolved next.
Growth without rebuilding your company
Add a new market. Add a team. Add work. Keep the system.
Service-area entitlements, verified capabilities and capacity controls mean expansion can become a repeatable operating process instead of another spreadsheet and another group chat.
Expand service areas
Give the company access to additional territories as approved.
Verify capability
Match services to real company capacity before routing work.
Track commitments
See monthly guaranteed-work targets and progress in the workspace.
Protect the operation
Eligibility, permissions and audit trails keep growth from becoming uncontrolled access.
Commercial model
Pay for infrastructure that can also send work back to you.
Company terms are configured in your workspace. The standard starting configuration below can be adjusted by Grandson based on market, volume and approved commercial terms.
