Grandson Service is looking for detail-oriented remote coordinators to help keep our home care and home services network running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a remote coordination role. You'll be the behind-the-scenes reason everything runs on time — from the moment a job is confirmed to the moment a worker arrives at the door.
Monitor the job board and coordinate worker dispatch
Give clients and families accurate ETAs when a worker is on the way
Call workers immediately when there's an arrival delay or issue at a property
Handle inbound client questions about scheduled visits
Connect calls between workers and clients when needed
Review daily phone transcripts and process callback requests
Flag urgent situations to the operations lead in real time
Process new worker applications and update statuses in the platform
Support payroll review and approval at end of each pay period
